Chop the onion and the garlic
Turn on the stove top with a pan on it and the Olive Oil
When the oil is hot enough, add the onion and garlic to it. Cook it until it is brown/gold
In a cup, add the milk and the breadcrumbs
Mix it with the ground beef
Add the onion and garlic to the mixture and mix
Add some oil to the pan and turn the fire up
With your hands, make meatballs from the mixture. Make them the size of a golf ball and insert them into the pan
After 3 minutes, turn them to the other side
Wait another 3 minutes and add the coconut milk
Let the milk heat up, slice the ginger and add it to the pan
Add the salt, pepper and chili
After another 3 minutes, add a cup of rice and half a cup of hot water to the pan
Mix it well so the rice is fully covered by the liquids and bring it to boil
Cover the pan and lower the fire for 10 minutes
Serve directly from the pan!
