put the milk and half of the sugar in a pot under a small fire
In a separate bowl, put the 6 yolks and the other half of the sugar and whir
When the milk starts to heat up, spill it on the yolks slowly while stirring
Return the whole mix into the pot under a small fire and stir until uniform
Insert the Dulce De Leche to the bowl and use a strainer to spill the mix from the pot to the bowl. Stir it until uniform.
Whip the 200ml of Sweet Milk Cream until it's almost full whipped cream and add it to the mix. Stir until uniform.
Insert the mixture to the freezer for 2 hours, stirring it once every half an hour.
Cut the 100g chocolate into small pieces and add to the Ice Cream.
Stir again every half an hour for as much as you can.
Let it rest at least a day in the freezer.
