Empanadas Filling
Here are all the ingredients
Heat a pot with the oil and insert the onion until it's transparent
Add the Chopped pepper
Cook for about 10-15 minutes and add the Meat
Add some salt and pepper (by taste)
Add the water
Steer until all the beef is brown
Add the eggs and the olives
Let it rest for about 30 minutes
Preparing the Empanada
Heat up an oven to 180°
If the dough is home made, you'll need to cut it into circles sized as your hand
Take a spoon of the meat mix and put it in the middle of the dough (Perfect circle right there)
Then fold the dough creating a half circle
Pinch the edge of the dough (with a fork for example, this will help you later)
Fold the corner into the Empanada and then continue folding moving to the other end of the Empanada
After all the Empanadas are done, brush them with the beaten egg and insert them into the oven.
Serve hot and enjoy!
For each different filling the type of folding is different.
